I was expecting more options, but the selection felt really limited. I couldn’t even find half the things I was looking for. Like, make it make sense, how am I supposed to shop if the basics aren’t there?

"I’ve used them a few times now..."
I’ve used them a few times now, mostly when I can’t be bothered going out or sorting things last minute. The ordering process has been straightforward enough, and I haven’t had any hassle with it. The thing I’ve noticed, after a few orders, is that the delivery always turns up when they say it will. No chasing around or wondering where it is.

"Diet info is ridiculously unclear"
I couldn’t figure out what I was actually allowed to eat. The diet info was so vague it felt ridiculous, and I ended up more confused than when I started.

I thought this was a cozy spot overall, with nice natural light and a relaxed café feel. It did get a bit noisy around lunch, at least when I was there, so maybe not the best time if you’re hoping for something super quiet.

"Really careless packaging"
My order showed up in crushed boxes with the items just rattling around inside, and it looked like zero effort went into packing it. I was planning to give some of it as a gift, but it definitely didn’t feel presentable. What made it more annoying is getting one of those canned apology responses like, “Sorry for the inconvenience,” instead of anyone actually acknowledging how disappointing it was. I expected better.

"Straightforward gift order, though I was a bit wary"
I ordered a gift hamper for my sister’s birthday and, i was a little suspicious it would be one of those sites that looks easy until checkout. But it was actually simple. I could add a message and choose the delivery day without any messing around.
It arrived on time, which I was watching closely because birthday deliveries can be a gamble. My sister sent me a photo and it looked really nicely packed, nothing broken or squashed. The biscuits and tea looked especially nice.

The whole thing only took a few minutes, which was exactly what I needed. I’d probably use Daylesford again for gifts, though I’d still keep an eye on the delivery tracking just in case.

"Lovely proper farm shop vibe"
As someone who really enjoys a good farm shop, this place felt right up my street. The atmosphere was calm but still had a nice little buzz to it, and everything looked really fresh. The staff were relaxed and easy to chat to, which made it feel even more welcoming. I had a lovely wander around and never felt rushed at all.

I ordered a few pantry items and, for the most part, they matched the descriptions really well. One thing was a little smaller than I expected, but nothing major. If this order is anything to go by, the product info is generally clear and reliable.

"I really trust their organic standards"
I’ve bought from Daylesford a few times now, and what I really appreciate is how clear they are about where everything comes from. The organic standards don’t feel like a marketing line, it actually feels properly thought through. Their fruit and veg always taste fresh, and little things like the eggs having rich yolks and the bread tasting like it was made that morning make a difference. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but I feel good about what I’m bringing home.

I booked an event on daylesford.com and everything went through okay, but the process felt a bit clunky. I found myself double-checking the times and details a couple of times just to be sure. Not a bad experience at all, just think it could be a bit smoother!

"I really appreciate their greener approach"
I’ve bought from Daylesford a handful of times now, and what I personally like most is that it feels like they genuinely care about where their food comes from. The organic stuff I’ve tried has been really good, and I’m always happy to see packaging that’s sensible rather than covered in loads of plastic. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but for me it feels worth paying a bit extra when a company seems to take sustainability seriously

The website was easy enough to use overall, but it felt a bit clunky, especially during checkout. It took longer than I expected, and some of the wording made things sound simpler or faster than they actually were, which was kind of annoying.

"Lovely quality, more of a treat shop"
I ordered a few bits from Daylesford and everything turned up looking really fresh, nicely packed and clearly good quality, and while it’s definitely not the sort of place I’d use for a full weekly shop because it does add up quite quickly, it still felt worth it for something a bit special or as a gift, plus the delivery was smooth and there were no issues at all.

I tried placing an order the other day and, once again, a bunch of the things I wanted were out of stock. It’s really frustrating when you’ve planned your shop around specific items, especially little bits like the exact cereal or the shampoo you usually get, and then they’re just not available. I ended up having to rethink half the basket, which is annoying when you just want to get it done.

"Probably Caught Them at the Wrong Time"
I think I just had bad timing with this one. The veggies were wilted and the bread tasted stale, like it had been sitting out too long. Maybe it’s better earlier in the day, but my order definitely wasn’t fresh

"Customer service did get back to me…"
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days and I had to follow up once myself, which was a little frustrating, not gonna lie. They did sort everything out in the end, so no major drama, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.

"Don’t trust them"

Unreliable, don’t deliver despite promises. Would not trust at all.  All really disappointing.
